GIFT VOUCHERS
Vouchers are valid until the expiry date recorded on the voucher. Digital vouchers are valid from a year after purchase. Vouchers cannot be used after expiry and any unused value will not be refunded.
You need to ensure that you keep the vouchers safe. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
We recommend that you make a booking with us as soon as possible after receiving a voucher. We have limited availability for preferred booking times and during busy periods we may be booked up for weeks or months in advance. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we give no guarantee that your preferred booking time will be available.
We will not refund the value of this voucher if your preferred booking time is unavailable.
REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on gift vouchers or product unless they are faulty or damaged. If your gift voucher or product has arrived faulty or damaged please contact us on 03 3810808
CANCELLATIONS, NO SHOWS AND ILLNESS
If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours in advance otherwise cancellation fees may apply*. Please leave a phone message or send an email if you need to amend your booking outside of our opening hours.
*If you no show to your treatment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment.
*If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment. If you are unwell, you will need to reschedule your appointment.
Please give us 24 hours notice or if your appointment is the day of, we will need to know by 8am that day.
Your appointment will not go ahead if you turn up unwell and you will be charged with 100% of the treatment cost.
ORDER TIMES AND CANCELLATION
All orders have a $10 courier fee. All of our items are couriered in a signature required tracked courier bag by Post Haste. Deliveries should arrive within 3-5 business days. lf you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will happily cancel the order if you reach us before it has been shipped.
OUR GOODS AND SERVICES
Through our website we offer gift vouchers to be used in a variety of denominations in New Zealand Dollars. If you require a different amount from what is specified please contact us or come in and visit the spa and we will be happy to help.

The following privacy policy applies to all Beauty at The Vale users, and conforms to Internet privacy standards. Collection of Information In order to use the beautyatthetannery.co.nz we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to sales, support and accounts, including Email. Any information collected by Beauty at The Vale is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via the telephone, Email, mail, fax or directly through our website. Use of Collection Information Any details collected from Beauty at The Vale customers is required in order to provide you with our products and/or services, and a high level of customer service. Storage of Collected Information The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) on our website, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them on in order to be processed as required. We never permanently store complete Credit Card details. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.
