A FEW CONSIDERATIONS
Beauty at The Vale wants to make it all about you.
Whether you’ve been to our spa before or it’s your first time, here are some helpful hints to make your time as enjoyable as possible.
We welcome your feedback and want to make your experience with us a special one.
This is your time.
Bookings
Treatments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
We recommend booking your treatments at least 6 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
Please be kind, and patient while booking in an appointment. We can get very busy, and will do our best to book you in as soon as possible.
Arrival Time
To allow transition time into your relaxation journey, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your treatment start time.
Late arrival could result in shortened treatment time, so as not to delay the following guest.
Parking
We have 9 onsite parking spots and 2 disabled parking spots available for our clients exclusively, as well as plenty of street parking on neighbouring streets.
Cancellations
If you wish to amend or cancel your appointment please inform us at least 24 hours in advance otherwise cancellation fees will apply*.
Please leave a phone message or send an email if you need to amend your booking outside of our opening hours.
*If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment. This must be paid before your next treatment.
Special Considerations
We continually strive to make every visit to our spa a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Our staff will be pleased to offer every assistance should you have mobility difficulties or other special needs
Please advise at time of booking if you have any specific health conditions, special conditions or disabilities so we can best accommodate your needs.
Mobile Phones
Please ensure your cell phone is switched to silent or off before you enter the spa to respect other guests’ relaxation time.
Men
We advise men coming in for a facial treatment to shave prior to your treatment but please avoid shaving the day of your treatment.
Children
Children under 12 may not enter the spa unless accompanied by an adult.
No Shows
If you no show to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment.
This will need to be paid before your next appointment with us.
Future appointments will also require a 50% deposit beforehand.
